1. 接受條款
使用 KartZone 應用程式及網站（「服務」），即表示您同意本條款及私隱政策。如不同意，請勿使用服務。
2. 服務簡介
KartZone 是卡丁車愛好者的社群平台。用戶可發帖、回覆、分享圖片及文件、建立及參加活動、組建或加入車隊，以及互相私訊。
3. 資格及帳戶
- 您必須年滿 13 歲。
- 註冊時須提供準確資料，並妥善保管帳戶及密碼。
- 每人只可擁有一個帳戶，不可轉讓帳戶。
4. 社群守則
您同意不會：
- 發佈違法、有害、威脅、辱罵、色情或仇恨內容；
- 騷擾、跟蹤或恐嚇其他用戶；
- 冒充他人或機構；
- 發佈垃圾訊息或未經許可的宣傳；
- 未經同意分享他人的個人資料；
- 上載您無權分享的內容（例如侵犯版權的圖片）；
- 干擾服務運作，或嘗試存取未獲授權的資料。
5. 您的內容
您保留所發佈內容的擁有權。發佈內容即表示您授予 KartZone 非獨家、免版稅的許可，以在服務內儲存、顯示及分發該內容，用於營運服務。您須對自己發佈的內容負責。
6. 活動及車隊
活動由用戶自行舉辦。KartZone 只提供平台，並非活動主辦方，亦不對活動的安全、取消或任何爭議負責。參與賽車及卡丁車活動存在風險，請遵守場地規則及安全指引。車隊擁有人負責管理其車隊成員。
7. 內容管理及舉報
我們可移除違反本條款的內容、暫停或終止多次違規的帳戶，並向有關當局舉報違法內容。如要舉報內容，請使用帖子或留言上的「舉報」功能，或電郵 support@kartzone.co。
8. 終止
您可隨時刪除帳戶。如您違反本條款，我們可暫停或終止您使用服務。
9. 免責聲明
服務按「現狀」提供。我們不保證服務不會中斷或沒有錯誤。在法律允許的最大範圍內，KartZone 不對因使用服務而引致的任何間接或相應損失負責。
10. 條款更新
我們可能不時更新本條款。如有重大變更，我們會透過應用程式或電郵通知。更新後繼續使用服務，即表示您接受新條款。
11. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using the KartZone app and websites (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
KartZone is a community for karting enthusiasts. Users can post, reply, share images and documents, create and join events, form or join racing teams, and message each other.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Provide accurate information when you register, and keep your account and password secure.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be transferred.
4. Community rules
You agree not to:
- post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit or hateful content;
- harass, stalk or intimidate other users;
- impersonate any person or organisation;
- post spam or unauthorised promotions;
- share other people's personal information without consent;
- upload content you do not have the right to share (for example copyrighted images);
- interfere with the Service or try to access data you are not authorised to see.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give KartZone a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content within the Service in order to operate it. You are responsible for the content you post.
6. Events and teams
Events are organised by users. KartZone provides the platform only; it is not the organiser and is not responsible for event safety, cancellations or disputes. Motorsport and karting carry risk, so follow venue rules and safety guidance. Team owners are responsible for managing their team members.
7. Moderation and reporting
We may remove content that breaks these Terms, suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly break them, and report illegal content to the authorities. To report content, use the "Report" option on any post or comment, or email support@kartzone.co.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KartZone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
