刪除 KartZone 帳戶

方法一：在應用程式內刪除（即時）

開啟 KartZone 應用程式並登入。
前往個人檔案 → 設定。
點選刪除帳戶，並確認。

方法二：電郵申請

如無法登入，請用註冊時的電郵地址發送電郵至 support@kartzone.co，標題寫「刪除帳戶」，並附上您的用戶名稱。我們會核實身份，並於 30 日內處理。

會被刪除的資料

登入帳戶及電郵地址
個人檔案：用戶名稱、頭像、簡介、聯絡方式及社交連結
推送通知憑證、通知、收藏、關注及投票
車隊成員身份、車隊申請及邀請、活動報名
私訊對話

會被保留（匿名化）的資料

您在公開論壇發佈的帖子及回覆會改為匿名顯示（不再連結到您），以免破壞其他用戶的對話。您建立的活動及車隊會保留，但不再顯示您為主辦人或建立者。如希望一併刪除這些內容，請在刪除帳戶前自行刪除，或在電郵申請中註明。

Delete your KartZone account

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

Open the KartZone app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: By email

If you can't sign in, email support@kartzone.co from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We will verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login account and email address
Your profile: username, avatar, bio, contact details and social links
Push tokens, notifications, bookmarks, follows and votes
Team memberships, team applications and invites, event RSVPs
Your direct message conversations

What is kept (anonymised)

Posts and replies you made in the public forum are shown as anonymous (no longer linked to you), so other members' conversations stay intact. Events and teams you created stay up, but you are no longer shown as the organiser or creator. If you want those removed too, delete them before deleting your account, or say so in your email request.
